For referral partners

You already know the businesses worth a look.

You tend to meet these companies long before we would: in diligence, at close, across a client roster. If one has years of operating history sitting in real systems, an introduction is all it takes.

A useful introduction

Recognize
the opportunity.

Private equity investors, independent sponsors, M&A advisors, consultants, accountants, attorneys, technology executives, business brokers, software-development firms and operating executives are often first to see a qualified company. Introductions are simple. We take it from there.

Referral terms are agreed in writing before any introduction is made.

[ OPPORTUNITY SIGNALS ]

How to recognize one

  • 01An established business, roughly 20–700 people
  • 02Five or more years of operating history in real systems
  • 03Workflow-heavy operations: tickets, claims, dispatches, closes, deals
  • 04An owner or executive who could authorize a conversation

What to send us

The company's name, industry, rough size, primary systems and years of history, plus a sentence or two about what they do. That is all it takes to start.

What not to request or transmit

No client data, no system exports, no credentials, no confidential documents. Qualification never requires them.

Send a high-level description.

We handle qualification, buyer discussions and the licensing process from there. Referral terms are agreed in writing before any introduction is made.
