Miro Advisory collects the contact details and high-level business information submitted through the assessment form on this site, such as your name, work email, company, industry, and a short description of the systems and workflows involved. We use it to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential data-licensing opportunity, and coordinate follow-up conversations.
Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. We do not sell or rent assessment submissions. Our email, scheduling, and hosting service providers process information needed to operate these services. Failed or filtered submissions may also be recorded in server logs so we can investigate delivery problems. This site does not use advertising trackers, and we run no analytics of our own.
After you submit the assessment form, if a call is the right next step, a scheduling calendar provided by Calendly is embedded on the page so you can book it without leaving the site. It loads automatically at that point. Your name, email and company are passed to Calendly to prefill the booking, and Calendly sets its own cookies and collects its own usage data under its privacy policy. If you would rather not load it at all, contact us by email instead of using the form.
Referral cookie.If you reach this site through a link from one of our referral partners, the site sets one first-party cookie, miro_ref, recording which partner’s link you followed and when (up to three partner codes with their click times). It holds no personal data, is not shared with anyone, and is not used for advertising. If you then submit a form on this site, we use it to credit the partner who introduced you. Each partner click is forgotten after 30 days.
Please do not submit raw data, customer records, passwords, credentials, or confidential documents through this site. The form exists only for an initial high-level description.
